Construction Manager

The Preconstruction Phase involves continual communication with the owner and design team in order to create and finalize drawings and prepare a guaranteed maximum price. Design, scheduling, and pricing are considered throughout this phase, while there are many site visits, consultations with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers and experts in order to garner pertinent information to create the bid packages for each area of construction. The subsequent request for qualifications, bid opening/tabulation and awarding of subcontracts concludes the preconstruction period.

The Construction Phase involves continued management, material review/ordering, submittals, onsite supervision, progress meetings, monthly billing and project closeout/documentation.
